Hi, I'm the person behind Proof of Plate. I dig into the science of food and nutrition, and into the incentives that shape what ends up on our plates. My goal is to explain all of it in plain language.
This started as a way to cut through the noise: too much nutrition advice is marketing dressed up as fact. I separate what is actually proven from what is just sold to you, and share what holds up.
